Payment & Shipping
All orders placed through the Salt'n Becker online store are subject to review, which can take up to 72 business hours. Once the order is approved, it will be prepared in our studio and shipped from here. Any different processing times will be indicated on the respective product page. Exact details of your shipping charges will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and bank holidays. Pre-order orders take between 3 -12 weeks to process. We ship all orders with DHL standard shipping and Austrian Post.

It should be noted that when shipping to non-EU countries, any applicable import sales taxes as well as any customs duties are to be borne by the customer (= recipient). These costs cannot be estimated by Salt'n Becker. The customer has to contact the responsible customs authority.
